"What is your personal competitive advantage?"

Having a competitive advantage in the job market is key if you want to set yourself apart from the sea of college graduates also searching for the same jobs. Using the principles of competitive advantage is is easy to identify my own competitive advantages. My advantages lie in the ehanced product I offer that no one else has. That product is me. My competitive advantage is my leadership abilities, strong team work skills, communication skills, and extensive customer service experience. Some people may have similar qualities, but the combination of those in my personality I think give me an advantage. I also work full-time and am an inetrn right now. The internship gives me a competitive advantage in the buisness world and especialy with the company.
