When I first read the news about Mircrosoft bidding on Yahoo, I thought Yahoo would accept the offer. However, "The Journal source said the company would be unwilling to consider an offer below $40 per share, which would represent a $12 billion increase over Microsoft’s original $44.6 billion bid." Microsoft is paying only $31 per share, which is oviously do not meet Yahoo's expectation. If Mircrosoft's offer $40 per share or more, would Yahoo accept its bid?
