Tesla Motors has received alot of attention when it comes to electric cars. Recently Phoenix motors has entered the market and is buying cars from Japan without combustion motors and inserting batteries and electric motors. Their production plant is located in Ontario California. Their car contains breakthrough technology in the type of battery that they use.
