An uncrashable car???

A new European project is focusing on creating a car that cannot get into an accident. This project costing around 50 million Euros "Uses wireless communications to interact with other vehicles to warn of impending roadway situations ahead." It uses satellite-navigational mapping to drive the vehicles as well as warn it if there are any terrain hazards. It also uses sensors so that way there are no blind spots on the vehicle. It can also project trajectories such as cyclists or pedestrians, and avoid them.

How interesting! I think those research will always lead to the "auto-drived" cars eventually. Don't they?
