Really interesting article. Since campaigns aren't allowed to be commercially-funded, the Congress had to do something about their electronic media content. That's when YouTube decided to create a commercial-free zone where Congress can post their commercial media content on. I know our Congress is slow when it comes to adopting technology (the internet is a bunch of "tubes" to one Congressman), but this is a good start.
Says something about having to maintain an information system so that it is up-to-date, or at least in a position where it can exert the most influence on its target audience.
