Vista's UAC security prompt was designed to annoy you

I never really thought Microsoft would implement a feature only to have a useless function to their operating systems... Anyway, as a ex-Vista user, I never really saw the point of User Account Control... Most Vista users turn off the "feature" because it really does seem to try to annoy you like crazy.
