Actually, I do not really think this is that necassary all over the cities. It is maybe more applicable to areas with schools and where high children activity is present. However, this looks really cool and is a taste of the future. The first thing I thought of was Back to the Future 2, with the hologram shark. This is a good invention, and maybe helpful to specific neighborhoods.
